Polsko-Angielska Szkoła Podstawowa Edison (Polish-English Primary School Edison) in Wilanów, Warsaw offers bilingual education. The school implements two core curricula - Polish and English, attaching great importance to the creative and innovative use of modern technologies. In school work, activating teaching methods are used, resulting from the belief that the key in education is the involvement of students in the educational process. The school has very good results in exams and a high position in school rankings. A very important element is charity campaigns initiated and carried out by students. As one of only three Polish schools, it is authorized by the Council of British International Schools (COBIS), which represents and guarantees quality in over 290 nternational British schools in 80 countries around the world.

Academic-based preschools and Kindergartens are the most structured of the different types, and have a strong emphasis on math and reading readiness skills. These programs aim to expose children to what early-elementary school is like. While time is still allotted to free play, much of the day is built around explicit lessons guided by the teacher. Classrooms often resemble play-based ones (with different stations set up around the room), but at an Academic program the teacher leads students through the stations directly, and ties these activities to a whole-class lesson or theme.
