Science Fair
After several months of preparation, trials, and gathering data, students from grades five through eight had the opportunity to share their work in the Annual Science Fair. Many of the students were eager to share their findings with their peers, parents and teachers.
It was great to see so much enthusiasm for science. Exhibits in grades seven and eight were also judged. We would like to extend a big thank you to our judges for their time and support. Students worked tirelessly to gather their experiment materials, conduct their experiments, retain up to date and accurate logs, as well as report on their findings. Students displayed their conclusions on large bristol board displays for classes and parents to view. All classes at GAA had the opportunity to tour the Science Fair exhibits and speak to students directly about their unique experiences as true scientists!
Congratulations to Mya N. and Greysen V. whose exhibits were awarded top prize for grade seven and eight respectively.
