The cost of an Ottawa Christian school is, on average, lower than the cost of other private schools in Ottawa. It’s also on the lower side of private school tuition in general. In Ottawa, the only public Christian schools are Catholic—schools fully funded by the government.

Many schools offer needs-based financial aid, such as bursaries or tuition relief. Other schools offer scholarships, which are given based on merit—for instance, in academics or athletics. You can learn more about needs- and merit-based financial aid in our dedicated guide.

  • Private Christian schools in Ottawa have many of the same benefits as Christian schools in other cities. Like other faith-based schools (such as Catholic schools) combine a rigorous secular education with a strong grounding in religious studies. They also promote a strong a religious identity in their students, and offer a warm and close-knit community for both students and families.

Ottawa is the capital of Canada, and one of the biggest cities in Ontario. It's home to the federal government, where the prime minister and members of parliament work and pass laws. It's also a lovely and charming city, which is a great place to live and raise and family. It has beautiful residential neighbourhoods and affordable housing. It's also home to the famous Rideau Canal and River, and has lots of fun attractions, such as an annual tulip festival.
