Following his studies at the University of St. Andrews and Durham University, Young joined the Klingenstein Fellowship – Heads Program at the Klingenstein Center, Teachers College, Columbia University. With over 16 years of experience, his approach to education is rooted in the belief that a school should nurture not only academic achievement but also personal growth, confidence, and a strong sense of purpose.
