What SCELS says about their tuition:
Tuition fees are collected in four instalments. Each installment is non-refundable/non-transferable under any circumstance. Upon acceptance, spaces are guaranteed for each registered student for the full school year. If a student leaves at any time between their acceptance into one of our programs and the end of the 2015/2016 school year, full tuitions fees remain due and payable.
