Camps and programs for boys only

A number of camps offer programming just for boys. Some see boys' only summer camps as offering an opportunity for young men to learn and challenge themselves in an environment where they are not distracted by, or competing for the attention of girls. This is particularly important during the teen years.     Boys in a camp without girls will play, act and react entirely differently. Over the course of a week or longer the setting fosters unique growth (albeit for this shortened period of time).
