PERSONAL FINANCE JR. *NEW*
This course is designed to help students develop skills and knowledge to manage their personal financial well-being with confidence, competence and awareness of the world around them. Financial literacy is more than knowing about money; financial literacy matters and having the skills to work with this knowledge. Students learn to create a plan to reach financial goals and identify ways to maintain balanced budgets. Students will explore consumer skills, and investigate concepts of simple and compound interest using technology and the effects on long-term planning.
