This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

Interpersonal skills: Traveling to new countries with a group of fellow teens helps them develop interpersonal skills by sharing rooms and learning to listen and compromise in group settings. This experience fosters teamwork and mutual understanding as they navigate new environments together.

At Blyth Academy, we believe that travel during the teenage years is an essential part of a well-rounded education. Enrolling your teen in our England, Paris, Nice summer travel program not only allows them to earn an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) credit but also to experience the world firsthand.

The group's journey begins in London, with the first stop at the Tower of London, where centuries of history come to life. The following days include guided tours of the city, featuring Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, and Buckingham Palace. Experience a live performance at London's iconic West End Theatre before traveling to Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of Shakespeare. Arrive in Paris and visit iconic landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame, and the Louvre. Enjoy a day trip to the Palace of Versailles and conclude your Parisian adventure with city tours before heading south to the Mediterranean. Upon arrival in Nice, enjoy a guided walking tour of the city. Visit Cannes and Monaco, bask in the sun, and savour a final banquet dinner before heading home.

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel in Paris or head out to a local boulangerie for a fresh baguette or chocolate croissant before heading out on a day of exploration.

Afternoon: Take the Paris Metro to Montmartre for an afternoon walk, exploring the streets that inspired history’s greatest artists. Bring your camera or sketchbook to capture the beauty of this iconic neighbourhood. Enjoy a group dinner in Montmartre, then head to the Eiffel Tower to climb the stairs for breathtaking sunset views of Paris before returning to the hotel.
