Do you know what is like to be software engineer?
Engineering: Computer-Aided Design (CAD) & 3D Printing is an engineering and design series that challenges students to utilize cutting-edge software and 3D printing to design intriguing objects or a functioning machine of their very own! Objects will be 3D printed and students will compete for ‘best of’ awards!
Designed and led by Dr. Marcelo Bacha, who completed a doctoral degree in Material Science and has worked as an amateur telescope maker and faculty in one of the largest Astronomical Observatories in Brazil, the program harnesses Dr. Bacha’s deep knowledge and decades of study and practice in the engineering field.
