Build grit and a growth mindset at our Co-Ed Sports Academy, designed to develop your skills in field hockey, flag football, rugby, basketball and Ultimate. These dynamic invasion sports help athletes build offensive and defensive strategies, adaptability and versatility. Guided by expert coaches, participants will sharpen their teamwork, communication, spatial awareness and decision-making through coordinated team play, territorial control, goal-oriented scoring and transitions between offense and defense.
