Camp Ondiamo is an immersive introduction to camp where families participate together in engaging and fun activities. We offer day camp and overnight family camp activities which aim to strengthen the bond between family members and provide meaningful experiences that are sure to instil long lasting memories.

Programs and Sessions Calendar
Our aim for Ondiamo is to enhance shared family time outside of the home. Instead of opting for a costly show, activity, or sports game, we encourage shared playing time together, without having to clean up the mess after! Our programs also incorporate aspects of mindfulness and active rest time to allow families not only to play together, but to relax intentionally together as well.

Our events are run independently. You can get on our mailing list, but each event for now is first-come first-serve and can be independently registered for throughout the year!

The Our Kids review of Camp Ondiamo
Going to camp can be scary for some kids and their families. An introductory program is the perfect solution for those on the fence about attending camp. Camp Ondiamo lets kids, parents, siblings, and even grandparents experience what camp is like with their unique camp for a day program. Close to the city, anyone interested can attend and “choose your own adventure”. On a private lake, Camp Ondiamo has over 20 traditional camp activities for families to participate in. These include something as adventurous as canoeing or kayaking, or something as low-key as making bracelets. There are also many unique activities that parents could never think of at home. This program is best for those wishing to learn what camp is all about, like nervous youngsters, new Canadians, and families who just want to get into nature and get off their screens. Camp Ondiamo is the result of years of running successful overnight camps and learning what really engages kids.

We are a small but mighty team running Camp Ondiamo! Each member of the Ondiamo staff comes from previous experience in the summer camp counselor and administrative roles. We bring with us over 40 years of camp experience combined!
