Swim Lessons at Camp

The Junior and Youth Program operate eight, one-week sessions each during the summer months, offering different programming for each age group. 

Campers participate in the swimming program to learn essential swimming skills and be safe in and around water. Our pool is outside and heated! Campers who attend two or more sessions get an opportunity to earn their swim badge as well!

Important information about Rates:

• Registrations for Session 2 and 7 will have a reduced rate of $640 to account for camp being closed during the designated holidays.
• We are pleased to offer a sibling discount to families enrolling multiple children in our camp. Families will receive a 5% discount on the camp fees for their second child and a 10% discount for their third child.

The Discovery Day Camp Junior Program, for children going into kindergarten, provides a gentle introduction to the camp experience, emphasizing creativity and socialization through arts and crafts, imaginative play, and age-appropriate outdoor activities. With a focus on nurturing young campers' curiosity and independence, it offers a safe and supportive environment for their early summer adventures.

The Discovery Day Camp Youth Program, for children going into Grades 1-7, offers a fun and enriching experience filled with a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts, robotics, science and engineering, outdoor games, sports, nature exploration and more! 

Dining Program

All Junior Campers get a fresh, healthy lunch everyday in our brand new dining hall, courtesy of Aramark Catering. In addition, campers also get nutritious snacks twice a day.

Age-focused Activities

In addition to fun on-site activities, campers will go offsite once a week to Bruce’s Mill where they will experience Treetop Trekking's Tree Walk Village and to Lake St. George where they will learn the fundamentals of canoeing in the great outdoors.
