This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Responsibility: Students learn to take responsibility for assisting facilitators, running games, and providing supervising for young campers.
  • Interpersonal skills: Students learn to communicate effectively to their peers and will have an opportunity to practice working with young campers.

Tailored to prepare you to be a JUMP! Day Camp Leader and Assistant Facilitator, this immersive training camp offers hands-on facilitation practice, workshops on team building, communication,  problem-solving, and outdoor adventures. Learn how to lead games, run dish parties, encourage transformational learning and gain a taste of being an outdoor leader. In a supportive environment, forge lifelong friendships and cultivate confidence. Step into any leadership role with the skills and resilience gained from this transformative journey!
