In this hands-on camp, participants will learn to prepare and perfect three iconic Italian dishes: Tiramisu, Pasta, and Bruschetta. Through interactive cooking sessions, they’ll gain valuable culinary skills, explore the essence of Italian cuisine, and enjoy a delicious meal they’ve created themselves.

Highlights:

1. Tiramisu Creation:
   • Activity: Learn to make this classic Italian dessert from scratch, including preparing coffee-soaked ladyfingers and mixing mascarpone cream. Participants will practice layering and presentation techniques to create a beautifully balanced tiramisu.
2. Pasta Making:
   • Activity: Discover the art of making fresh pasta, including kneading and rolling dough. Participants will shape various types of pasta, such as fettuccine or ravioli, and prepare a traditional Italian sauce to accompany their pasta.
3. Bruschetta Preparation:
   • Activity: Master the preparation of Bruschetta, focusing on selecting and dicing fresh ingredients, such as tomatoes and basil. Participants will learn to toast bread to perfection and assemble their bruschetta with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
