Registration Details
Register online for day camp, overnight camp, and combination camp weeks via our website. A 50% registration fee is required to secure your child’s place. Staff and Counsellors
Owned by adventure enthusiasts, our team is eager to share their passion for the wild with campers! With multilingual counselors from around the globe, we create a welcoming environment for everyone.
Safety is our top priority – we maintain a 1:7 counselor-to-camper ratio and have a dedicated team of CITs, senior staff, security, and athlete center staff. Our energetic and diverse team is trained in Wilderness First Aid, CPR, and cleared by background checks to ensure a fun and secure experience for all. -

More details about accommodations: The EPIC CAMPS Whistler residence is located at the Whistler Olympic Athlete Centre, a safe, clean and centrally located basecamp for all our camp adventures.
∙ Campers sleep in double occupancy bedrooms.
∙ There is an optional upgrade for single rooms at an additional cost *based on availability.
∙ No co-ed rooms.
∙ Camp staff patrols the residence 24/7 to supervise and assist campers.
∙ A camp nurse is available 24/7 to take care of all health-related matters.Are meals provided? Yes. Our menu is created by our in-house nutritionist who works with the kitchen staff to make healthy and delicious meals for the kids and staff. All food is locally and freshly purchased with the goal of providing the energy children need for highly active days.
Is Epic Camps technology free? Yes. This is such a special opportunity for kids to truly connect with nature, the outdoors and interact with others. Therefore computers, tablets and video games are not allowed at camp. However electronic readers, music players and photo cameras will be allowed at certain times of the day. Cell phones are allowed to call home.
Electronic devices will be stored in the camp’s office for safety. Campers will have access to their electronics upon authorization of the staff. -
