At GlenOak Academy Summer Camp, we provide a traditional summer camp experience that's fun, engaging, and full of hands-on learning! Each week, our camp is built around a unique theme, giving campers the opportunity to dive into exciting activities that spark their curiosity and creativity. 

This year, we're excited to introduce our new GlenOak RISING leadership program-a dynamic opportunity for older campers to develop essential skills, gain hands-on experience, and prepare for future leadership roles.

What makes our camp special?
GlenOak Academy Summer Camp combines fun learning opportunities with interactive and age-appropriate activities that inspire growth and exploration. Campers experience a balance of academics (led by certified teachers), arts, and recreational physical activity while making memories and friendships that last a lifetime. Our camp is designed to foster learning in a holistic and exciting way.

What will your child experience?
In the GlenOak RISING leadership program, campers will learn leadership skills, assist younger campers, and develop personal growth through hands-on activities and daily challenges. They'll participate in a dedicated leadership workshop, life & executive function skills sessions, education-based lessons, and age-appropriate art and craft activities.

A typical day at camp:
Each morning starts with an engaging group activity to introduce the day's theme and foster teamwork. GlenOak RISING members will have the option of participating in the activity or assisting younger campers during it. Then, our GlenOak RISING team will break off for a leadership workshop, followed by engaging educational and creative activities. Each day also includes reflections with counsellors and opportunities to lead in games and activities, providing valuable experience and confidence for future roles as camp leaders. Throughout the day, they'll collaborate, solve problems, and learn to communicate effectively, all while developing essential skills and friendships that will last a lifetime.

Friday Fun:
Fridays are filled with excitement and everyone looks forward to the provided pizza lunch.
