Our Intermediate Horsemanship Camps are the perfect camp for ranchers who really love the horses and have some basic riding experience (comfortable at a walk and jog). Our coaches adapt to each rider's skill level and help improve their riding abilities as much as possible throughout the week of summer camp!
Ranchers will learn how to prepare their horse for riding, including saddling, adjusting stirrups and mounting! They will learn proper equitation at the walk, jog and rising trot. We may also get into exercises on the rail and circles.
If you love summer camp and horses, and you want a good mix of them both, this is the perfect camp for you! You will spend lots of time in the barn, and will ride two times each day. You'll also get to try lots of other Ranch activities including including rock wall, archery, canoeing, go karts, and more! This camp fills up really quickly, so hurry and sign up today!
