This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

Physicality: Our programming aims to motivate our campers to stay active for their well-being. Through team-based activities, campers will learn more about different sports, gain confidence and engage in physical activity.
Interpersonal skills: We strive to help our campers grow into the best versions of themselves by promoting essential skills through sports. Similar to how our campers work together on the field, court or in the pool, we believe that respectful exchanges are fundamental to good sportsmanship and teamwork.

Open to children aged 6-15 years, campers benefit from a multi sport program and McGill University's extensive athletics facilities. Led by a mature staff, our mission is to encourage an active and healthy lifestyle through the participation in a variety of activities in an environment that promotes fair play and sportsmanship.

The typical camp day consists of 5-6 periods of 45 minutes in duration. Campers followed a set schedule designed to introduce participants to a combination of team sports and individual activities.

In addition to the traditional multi-sport camp, we also offer a concentrated sports program. The Martlets and Redbirds Academy of Sport is designed for children 12-15 years of age. Led by McGill coaches and athletes, campers receive instruction in one sport for the given week.
