This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Curiosity: Medics Camp sparks curiosity by engaging kids in hands-on activities, interactive experiments, and creative projects, allowing them to explore advanced medical topics and discover the wonders of health and science. This immersive experience encourages young minds to ask questions, think critically.
  • Creativity: We foster creativity by engaging kids in imaginative activities, and innovative experiments, allowing them to express themselves while exploring medical concepts. This dynamic environment encourages young minds to think outside the box, develop unique solutions, and unleash their creative potential.

Discover the world of medical science, health and the human body. Learn about the skeletal system and then examine x-rays and apply splints, casts and slings. Hunt for germs and test your handwashing skills. Learn about teeth and practice your dentistry skills. Learn about the heart and cardiovascular system and then using real medical equipment to take vital signs. Find out what a blood type is and hold a mock blood drive. Observe a heart dissection. Examine how our lungs work and understand various breathing emergencies like asthma and choking and how you can help. Learn basic first aid skills and when to call 911.​
