Find a Camp
Art inspired by music and poetry. This class will be a combination of rhythm instruments (drums and rattles), poetry and art. We will do fun explorations of how artists from many cultures combine colour, pattern, line and materials to create vibrant art filled with rhyme and rhythm! We will paint rattles, try hand drumming, create sound art sequences and paint large, and draw small! This circle of art making will have time for looking at art from diverse artists, time for rhyme-making and time to create both individual and small group artworks!
