Kids Karate Lessons for ages 7 - 12 years Tuesday and Saturday

Kids Kyokushinkai karate class for ages 4 -6 years. This class is specifically designed for young learners. Class material is delivered via both traditional instruction and incorporated into activates, games and challenges to keep the kids engaged with thought towards this age groups shorter attention spans.

Children are taught focus, mindfulness, discipline and structure. They learn how to interact in a group environment, how to listen and follow instruction and be aware of their actions and surroundings.

Classes teach the basics of karate and karate class composure. This includes learning movement, strikes and blocks, combinations, and working on developing their flexibility, coordination and strength.

Children’s classes are taught by the Central Canada IKO Branch Chief. With over 35 years of experience, former 2 time American International Heavy Weight Knockdown Masters Champion and National and North American Team coach with CPR and First Aide Red Cross Certification and police background check.

Classes are twice per week, Tuesday 5-6 PM and Saturday 9:15-10:15 AM. The fee is $186.44 inclusive (no additional tax) for three months. The fee includes both the Tuesday and Saturday weekly classes.
