Physicality: Get the benefits from Karate training including Strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
Resilience: Learn how to push through your physical and mental barriers, learn that you are stronger in every way than you think. Learn to be mindful of others while remaining resilient to what others say with your confidence gained from Karate

Karate Summer Day Camp: 9 x 1 week sessions throughout July and August. No previous Karate experience necessary. Fee includes all taxes.

The daily activities include:

• Karate and Yoga

• Indoor and Outdoor cross training for all sports purposes (this is great for strength and flexibility for hockey, soccer or any sport)

• Outdoor activities (games, splash pad trips, park trips etc.)

• Indoor activities: games, Lego, drawing, arts and crafts, movies, fort building etc...

• Each week (weather permitting) an outing for our famous traditional Karate Beach Training followed by beach playtime and swim

• Self-defence and anti-bullying sessions
