LIT – Leaders in Training - ages 13+
Leadership-in-training (LIT) includes participation in your chosen program, sports and camp activities plus optional Bronze Medallion, Emergency First Aid & ORCKA 1 paddle certification.
Leadership campers hone their “Top 8 Skills for the Game of Life” to distinguish their unique identity. Soft skill development includes interpersonal skills, communication, conflict resolution and what it takes to become a leader and staff member here at Winning Techniques.
SIT – Staff in Training - ages 15+
Staff-in-training (SIT) includes participation & coaching mentorship in your chosen program, sports and camp activities plus optional Bronze Cross, Standard First Aid, ORCKA Level 2 & Lifeguarding certifications.
Leadership campers perfect their “Top 8 Skills for the Game of Life” clarifying who they are and what they want to be.
Continue your journey of being a confident, competent young adult, having the skills to contribute positively to your community. This SIT program is your final step to becoming a potential staff member.
