The Leadership 2: Venture Leaders in Training (LIT) program is the second option for Leadership 2. This program focuses on the development of leadership and advanced tripping skills in a trip environment. Participants will spend a few days at camp before heading out on a three-week backcountry canoe trip which is the core of this program. This unique environment encourages growth in decision-making, risk management, environmental stewardship, and group management and allows participants to create close bonds within the group.
