Headmaster’s Distinction (for current students Grades 9 to 11) (Academic)
Eligibility Details:
Students from Gr. 9 to 11 are eligible.
This Academic Scholarship will be granted to all students in Levels I to III who achieve a final mark of 90% and above in every subject taken during
the year and who are additionally recommended by their teachers for their exemplary comportment and community service contributions throughout
the year. All qualifying Levels I to III students will thus be awarded the Headmaster’s Distinction upon their promotion and receive a scholarship in the
amount of $400 which will be applied as a credit to their account in September of the subsequent academic year. Only applicable to returning students. This
Academic Scholarship is only applicable to returning students.

Prix d’Excellence (for current students in Grades 5 to 8) (Academic)
Eligibility Details:
Students from Gr. 5 to 8 are eligible.
This Academic Scholarship will be granted to all students in Grade 5 to Grade 8 who achieve an overall average 90% and above with marks of 90% and
above on their final exams in French, English, Mathematics, Sciences, History and Geography, and who are additionally recommended by their teachers
for their exemplary comportment and involvement in the school throughout the year. All qualifying students will thus be awarded the Prix d'Excellence
upon their promotion at the end of the year and receive a scholarship in the amount of $300 which will be applied as a credit to their account in September
of the subsequent academic year. This Academic Scholarship is only applicable to returning students.

Headmaster's Annual Scholarship Award for New Applicants (Academic)

Students from Gr. 6 to 11 are eligible.
Headmaster’s Excellence Scholarship* (For students currently in Grade 5 to Grade 10)
La Citadelle’s Headmaster’s Excellence Scholarship, valued at $4,000, is available new students applying for the 2024-2025 academic year in to Grades 6 to Grade 11, who have have an overall average of 90% and above on their 3 most recent report cards in English, French, Mathematics, Sciences, History and Geography from their current school, and who also achieve a 90% and above on their Entrance Exams.
Headmaster’s Honour Scholarship (For students currently in Grade 5 to Grade 10)
La Citadelle’s Headmaster’s Honour Scholarship, valued at $2,000, is available new students applying for the 2024-2025 academic year in to Grades 6 to Grade 11, who have have an overall average of 80%-89% on their 3 most recent report cards in English, French, Mathematics, Sciences, History and Geography from their current school, and who also achieve an 80% and above on their Entrance Exams.
Application Deadline:
Applications for admissions, along with all supporting documentation, must be received each year on or before the last Monday of January for consideration.
Examination Details:
- Students in the Toronto Area:
Entrance Exams take place each year on the last Saturday of February from 10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Out-of-Province & International Students:
Entrance Exams will take place each year via Google Classroom on the last Saturday of February from 10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. EST.
Admission & Enrolment:
All information regarding scholarships awarded will be communicated to applicants no later than March 15th each year.

Referral Discount Plan (Current Students) (Other)
Eligibility Details:
Students from Gr. NS to 12 are eligible.
At La Citadelle, you benefit from a $1000 reduction to the fees you pay for your child when a prospective parent you refer to the school registers his or her child
at La Citadelle. The referring and referred families must both be enrolled in the same academic year and all accounts must be in good standing to benefit from
this initiative. This Referral Discount is not applicable to deposit fees.

Early Admission Discount (Other)
Eligibility Details:
Students from Gr. NS to 12 are eligible.
At La Citadelle, new students benefit from a $1,000 reduction on the one-time non-refundable Admission Fee of $3,500 when completing the registration process
for the subsequent academic year by December 1st of the current year.

Referred Family Discount Play (New Students) (Other)
Eligibility Details:
Students from Gr. NS to 12 are eligible.
At La Citadelle, upon enrolment, a referred family will benefit from a one-time $500 tuition fees discount, when referred by a current La Citadelle Family and/or
Alumni. This Referred family Discount is not applicable on one-time non-refundable Admission Fee or on the non-refundable Tuition Deposit.
